What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting a high-performing local agent
• Helping run open homes, viewings & buyer follow-ups
• Light administrative tasks
• Social media and marketing support (Canva, content, campaigns)
• Learning listing, negotiation & prospecting systems
• Gradually taking on your own buyers and vendors as you grow

What We Are Looking For

• REINZ Salesperson License (required)
• Positive, outgoing and client-focused
• Adaptable - some weekend and after-hours work
• Confident communicator, great with people
• Strong social media awareness
• Organised and reliable with admin
• Sales experience from real estate, retail, hospitality or service industries is highly valued
