Join our Seasonal Bird Control Team

Suncrest Orchard is a key player in the Central Otago cherry industry, and we have been exporting premium cherries for over 25 years. We are seeking motivated & enthusiastic individuals to join our bird control team for the 2025-26 season.

The positions will start in mid/late November and go through until the end of the bird control season in late January/early February. We use a variety of methods of bird control on the orchard including drones, trapping, shooting and driving around making noise!

A current fire-arms licence and a clean police record are essential.
