Help Keep Alexandra’s Gas Deliveries Moving – Join Our Office Team



Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am–5:00pm)


Rockgas Alexandra is looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to support our team in a busy, customer-focused role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the office inbox and phone
  • Booking gas orders and scheduling deliveries
  • Organising delivery driver schedules
  • Completing daily invoicing
  • Handling customer enquiries and showroom visits
  • Booking and tracking industrial gas orders and returns


Skills and Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Previous admin experience is helpful but not essential (training provided)
  • Team player with a flexible, helpful attitude
