Join us for an evening of poetry featuring six distinguished Aotearoa New Zealand poets at Central Stories Museum in Alexandra.
This special reading brings together some of New Zealand's most celebrated literary voices, including current New Zealand Poet Laureate Robert Sullivan and former Poet Laureate David Eggleton (2019-2022).
Also featuring are Michael Harlow (Prime Minister's Award for Literary Achievement in Poetry, 2018), along with local poets Bridget Auchmuty, Jillian Sullivan, and Richard Reeve.
The poets will share works exploring our cultural and spiritual connections to the land and address environmental themes related to current discussions around land use in Central Otago.
This is a wonderful opportunity to experience world-class poetry in an intimate setting and engage with important conversations about our region's future.
